Contacting Development
Occasionally you may need to contact someone in Nematron Software Development. You may even get a call from
a developer to clarify an issue or to hear about an issue first hand. This does not mean that the developer is
now your support contact.
Developers spend most of their time developing and providing backup technical support when necessary. It is important
that your primary support contact remain someone in the support group. Support has the tools and
methods to manage your issues, and they are accustomed to keeping you informed.
