for you to provide direct feedback to our technical organizations. We provide product knowledge and troubleshooting
help for Nematron customers, distributors, and systems integrators for all our software products:

Full Support. Telephone,
email, and fax based
software technical support is provided to users owning the current released version of the above software products
and are either under our 90 day (from date of shipmemt) warranty period or have a current Customer Support Agreement.
Basic Support.
Free, email
only based, software technical support is offered to all
customers who own registered versions of our products. Free Support is limited to answering questions not requiring
research and providing readily available information. You can email the Software Support Group at support@nematron.net
